Prime Rolloff Systems offers two dumpster sizes to suit different needs, including 20-yard and 30-yard dumpsters. The 20-yard dumpster is great for small cleanouts or minor renovation projects, while the 30-yard dumpster is ideal for large construction or demolition jobs.

Please make sure you know what is going to be put in the dumpster, We do NOT accept any hazardous materials or any kind of heavy debris. Unacceptable items include Tires, Batteries, Drums of Liquid, Chemicals, Electronics, Asbestos, Dirt, Rock, Concrete or Sod.

Prime Rolloff Systems has a standard rental periods are typically for 7 to 10 days. If you need the dumpster for a longer period, please let us know, and we can discuss extending your rental period for an additional fee.

The cost depends on the dumpster size, the duration of the rental, and the type of waste you’re disposing of. Our prices include delivery, pickup, and a set weight limit. Additional charges may apply if the dumpster is overloaded or if you require a longer rental period.

Generally, dumpster permits are required if you’re placing your dumpster on a street, sidewalk or public property. You will need to coordinate with the city to get a permit. All permit costs and penalties are at renters discretion. If you are placing your rental dumpster on your business property or privately owned space you shouldn’t need a permit. Homeowners associations may have restrictions. We recommend you check with your HOA before renting a roll-off dumpster.
